Board of Directors

In January 2004, Boston-IA incorporated as "Boston-IA Association, Inc." and formed a board of directors to manage our organization.

The current Boston-IA board of directors consists of:

Emeritus board members include:

• Mike Paciello, co-chair of the Advisory Committee for 508 Standards Update and president of The Paciello Group.
• Bill Buchholz, chairman of the Information Design and Corporate Communication department at Bentley College.

Boston-IA has current openings on its board of directors. Board membership is by invitation. Boston-IA members are welcome to volunteer or nominate potential board members.

Volunteers

In addition to Board members, Boston-IA also depends on its volunteers and volunteer coordinators.

Openings exist in the areas of membership, volunteer, publicity, and web content management. We also need a treasurer/bookkeeper. If you would like to volunteer to help Boston-IA in any way, please visit our Volunteers page:

Please send us your job or contract lead:

• Send a contract job description.

Please be sure to submit your job description in the body of an e-mail message, suitable for forwarding to our text-based mailing list. Please include job title, town (within greater Boston) or geographic area (if outside the Boston area), and your complete contact information.

For contract openings, indicate the initial length of the contract and if the job has the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

Once your profile form is complete, you can submit it in one of two ways:

Boston-IA members are encouraged to join the Boston-IA Forum. The Forum, our members-only online, interactive discussion group, is a great benefit for paid members.
